The entrance to the property leads into an open plan living and dining area, Beautifully furnished and air-conditioned, complete with leather sofas, coffee table, a large dining table with comfortable chairs, television with cable tv channels and free wi-fi.
This property has a very well appointed and spacious kitchen complete with villa amenities rarely seen in apartments, such as a kitchen table, oven, gas burners, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine and combination fridge freezer. The kitchen leads on to a closed terrace with a laundry area containing both a washing machine and a separate tumble dryer.
The master bedroom is on the entrance level with a double bed, plenty of fitted wardrobes, and makes use of the guest shower room, with a shower cubicle, toilet, bidet and wash basin.
Access to the first floor is via a spiral staircase, that leads to an anteroom/ hall and two further bedrooms, both with double beds and shared use of the large first floor terrace. One bedroom is ensuite and the other bedroom has use of a separate shower room, with toilet and washbasin. These changes have been made recently, so sadly we do not yet have any updated pictures.
On the outside of the property, there is a large terrace area, complete with table, chairs, shade umbrella and barbecue. Chill sofas will also be added very soon, perfect for pre-dinner drinks, as well as more sun-loungers.
Should you decide to hire a car, Casa Maria has private parking and is secured by electric gates.
The ideal capacity is for 6 persons. However, there would space for an additional child, at an extra charge of 150 GBP per week.
