Villa Colunas has a lovely open plan living and dining area. There is a large L-shaped sofa, facing the fireplace with a log-burning stove and television with a playstation console.
The dining area has a glass topped dining table with comfortable seating, enjoying views over the terrace and pool area.
Off the hallway, there is a fully fitted kitchen, with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
There are 3 bedrooms (all en-suite), facing the pool and with fitted sliding wardrobe doors. 1 king sized bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 twin bedded bedroom with en-suite show room, and master bedroom with king-sized bed and bathroom en-suite. There is also a separate W/C.
The front of the house has a large covered terrace, to escape from the hot sun, eat or simply have a relaxing gin and tonic before dinner.
There is also an extensive roof terrace with a table, chairs and stunning sea views. Additionally, more sun loungers for private sunbathing.
The garage has been converted into a games room with a pool table, football table and a table tennis table (which can be moved outside). On the lawn area there are also football nets and ball.
The swimming pool is very large (12 x 6m) and has an electric cover. This can be heated, if required at 250 GBP per week.
Set back from this is a barbecue area, table and chairs and outdoor shower.
Being fully fenced in, children can safely run around freely. The property also has air conditioning, central heating and electric shutters.

A lovely relaxing week!
