A lovely villa, recently completed to a very high standard. Set in a peaceful location, it is only 5 minutes drive to a variety of restaurants, beaches, tennis, golf and excellent supermarkets, some of which are within walking distance.
Through the entrance hall is the large open plan lounge area with comfortable beige L-shaped sofas, log burning stove, and a plasma tv (with UK tv channels), DVD/ Blue-ray player, playstation and a selection of books. Patio doors open out on to the spacious terrace and pool. The main living area is bright and open plan, leading to a dining section with a large table comfortable chairs flowing to the the large fully equipped kitchen with light wood cabinets and black granite work surfaces. This contains an American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and four ceramic hot plates, toaster, kettle, and filter coffee machine.
On the same level there are two bedrooms. Facing the pool terrace, there is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, with an en-suite shower room, with washbasin and toilet. Adjacent is a double room with king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, ensuite bathroom (with bath), washbasin and toilet.
Upstairs, on the first floor there are a further two bedrooms. To the left, the master bedroom with king size bed, plenty of wardrobe space, and an ensuite shower room, with twin wash basins, toilet and bidet. To the right, we have a twin bedroom, fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite shower room, with washbasin, toilet and bidet. Aside from the first floor hall door, both of these bedrooms have direct access to the roof terrace, boasting a sea view, table, chairs and a couple of sun-loungers.
The outside of the property is focused around the spacious pool, terrace and lawn area. By the the 10m x 5m swimming pool (heating optional at 180 GBP per week), there is an outside shower, 8 sun loungers and table tennis. This is also serviced by a large outside dining table and chairs, a brick charcoal barbecue, and a sofa seat to relax. A football goal and basket ball net help complete the overall family entertainment features of this lovely property.
Accessed through electric gates, this fully fenced in property provides a secure holiday for the family with alarm and electric shutters (also perfect for an afternoon siesta). Naturally all bedrooms and lounge are air-conditioned, as well as underfloor heating and a log burning stove for the Winter time.
In essence, this is a wonderful option for a fabulous holiday in all aspects.
