All amenities are close by, with a water slide park and golf courses only a few minutes away, dolphin watching, the marina just across the water (a short river taxi trip across) and Portimão for sardines or shopping. For motorsport enthusiasts, Portimão autodrome is not far away, with regular events, and a separate karting track.

It is ideally suited for all the family, being fully fenced and gated, giving total peace of mind with regards to young children. All main rooms and bedrooms have air-conditioning.
The ground floor of the villa has the main living area with black granite tiles throughout with a feature log-burning stove, adding much character to this imposing room. There is a large open-plan lounge and dining area, opening out on to the terrace, pool area and garden, with views of the Arade river, the harbour of Portimão and the Monchique mountains. The lounge has multimedia facilities including a large TV and digital access to UK English TV. The addition of a DVD and free Wi-Fi provides plenty of relaxation options for the discerning holiday maker. A large dining table and chairs provide a luxurious setting for memorable dining experiences.

On the ground floor there is a large king sized bedroom with plenty of wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with a bath, toilet, wash-basin and bidet with hair-dryer. This bedroom also has a patio door leading on to the pool deck and garden.
By the staircase, just off the entrance is a separate guest w/c.These stairs lead to the basement garage and up to the first floor. Alongside the staircase is a twin bedroom with wardrobes, hair-dryer and patio window access to the garden. Its shower and toilet facilities are in the basement level below.
The prestige German kitchen is fully equipped with a central island with pedestal seats, double fridge/ freezers, convection oven, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and many extra accessories including blender, mixer etc.
There is also an adjacent laundry room with a washing machine, sink, cleaning facilities and ironing board.
The garage /basement area is an activity paradise! Equipped with sofas/ sofa beds and bean bags for playing games on the playstation or watching the selection of DVDs. There is also a pool table, football table and table tennis table as well as a shower room. Gym equipment is also located here. On the first floor, there are three further bedrooms, all with floating wood floors.
The master suite has a king sized bed and a large patio door to the first floor terrace boasting river and mountain views. There is a dressing table and mirror with hair-dryer. In addition there is a dressing room with plenty of wardrobe space and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, twin wash basins, toilet and bidet.
Two further twin bedrooms are provided with dressing tables and hair-dryers that share a large bathroom with twin washbasins, a shower, toilet and bidet. Both rooms have access to the same large L -shape terrace and stunning views.
On the outside of the property, there is a designer barbecue off the kitchen, a large outside table and chairs, extensive covered terraces, wooden deck area, sun loungers and a lawn area.
As the sun goes down, there is nothing nicer than relaxing with a glass of wine before dinner. Outside lighting provided extended enjoyment of facilities during the evenings.
The pool is 10m x 4m with a ladder entrance and depths varying between 80cm, 1.2m and 1.8m. Pool heating is optional at £180 per week (7 night minimum charge).
The villa is very secure with a central monitored alarm, electric gates for access and is well screened being surrounded by fences and mature bushes. This presents a very private amenity enabling children to play safely and run around freely allowing parents to relax and enjoy the many facilities this exceptional villa has to offer.
Note:- It would be possible to accommodate 2 further guests as there is a double sofa bed. There would be an additional charge of £150 per person, per week.
