Fully refurbished ready for the season of 2017, Vivenda Lucas is conceived with ample areas for guests of all ages to relax and enjoy a truly memorable holiday. All needs have been meticulously thought out, with special attention for outside living enjoyment and to keep the young ones entertained.
This fantastic six bedroom, five bathroom property is set in a large walled and fenced plot accessed by electric gates with more than adequate parking and surrounded by gardens on all sides of the property. The walls, additional hedging and trees offer plenty of privacy, yet only a very short walk to the nearest restaurants.
Ideally located, given that it is about ten minutes drive from the centre of the bustling towns of Albufeira and Armação de Pêra. Guia, the capital of chicken piri-piri is only about five minutes away as well as Zoomarine and Algarve Shopping commercial centre. Salgados golf course, is only five minutes walk from the villa. Horse riding is available at Quinta da Saudade a couple of minutes drive away. Beaches and supermarkets are a 2 minute drive. For bird watching enthusiasts, the Salgados lagoon has a wide variety of birds, and there is also a lovely boardwalk, for those who would like to walk or go for a run.
The main living area consists of a huge 120m2 open plan, air-conditioned living and dining area with doors looking out to the terraces. Large sofas offer plenty of seating in front of the television and wood burning stove, with a huge dining table. Off the dining area, there is a separate entertainment room with sofa and bean bags, a large plasma tv and x-box. This is a perfect space for the kids to escape from the hot sun. Adjacent is a separate guest w/c.
There is a large, modern and fully equipped kitchen with wine cooler, built-in fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2 ceramic hobs and 2 gas burners, double sink and a pantry with an extra 2 full height fridges, washing machine and dolce gusto coffee machine.
The six, very spacious bedrooms comprise of the following:-
On the ground floor, 2 x twin bedrooms with ensuite shower, toilet and washbasin (beds can be pushed together, if required). There is a cot in one of these bedrooms, which cannot be removed. 1 x wheelchair friendly bedroom with similar bed options, and ensuite wet room with shower and toilet.
On the first floor we have the master bedroom with and large ensuite shower room, and huge private terrace. 1 x bedroom with twin or double possibility, as above, and a twin bedroom. Both of these rooms have private terraces, and share a large family shower room with twin wash basins.
Given that outside living is of paramount importance for holidaying guests, great care has been taken to ensure that this is extremely well taken care of and to provide all the things that we don’t easily find at home.
On a lower level, a large 12 x 6m main swimming pool, connected to a kiddy pool, totalling 16m long (with optional pool heating at 250 GBP per week) is surrounded by a large patio area with sun loungers and lawned borders.
Overlooking the pool level there are extensive terraces. One area contains a large chill and seating area with modern rattan furniture where one can read a book, or everyone can get together for some enjoyable pre or post dinner drinks. On the other side of this terrace, a large covered dining terrace can be found, perfect to enjoy a prolonged evening meal in great company! An outdoor kitchen further facilitates the outdoor living environment with a charcoal barbecue and two gas barbecues.
Parents can keep an eye on the children, playing table tennis, on the trampoline, or having fun in the pool without having to leave the table, thus completing to full family entertainment relaxation and, most importantly, peace of mind! Given that the property is gated and fenced, there is no problems with a bit of football on the back lawn.
A Sonos music system enhances the overall holiday experience, on which you can stream through your own playlists from Spotify, Apple Music etc.

WEDDINGS AND CELEBRATIONS AT VIVENDA LUCAS:
There is an event surcharge of £2,500 for any form of event or celebration. The Refundable Security Deposit would be increased to £2,500 in these cases. The maximum guest allowance would be 50 people, including the guests staying at the villa (and includes children over 2yrs old). Should you be holding more than one event during your stay, then the event charge will be multiplied accordingly.
No event/ celebration/ gathering can be held at any of our properties without prior consent. Fireworks are not permitted and all music must finish at midnight. There must be always be a recognised wedding/ celebration event planner in attendance on the day. The responsibility of applying for a music license would also be the responsibility of the event planner.
A Non-Refundable Deposit of 25% of the total booking value will be required on all bookings. Excluding, obviously, the portion of the Refundable Security Deposit paid.
These would always require owner approval prior to booking.
